- Toya Stevenson -
Toya is the CEO and Team Leader for Keller Williams Realty Atlanta Classic. She has been a real estate business owner, consultant and leader for over 20 years in the Atlanta Market. Prior to KW, she successfully led and brokered two sales teams simultaneously in the Southside market of Atlanta through a shifting market where she consistently remained within the Top 5% of her board. Toya joined the Keller Williams Atlanta Classic office in 2011 with an agent count of only 71 associates and an average sales price of $90,000 in a downturn market. Through coaching and consulting associates, Toya was able to drive profitability within 7 months, and today has grown the market center to over 200 sales associates with an average sales price of $340,000.

Her leadership experience expands decades across various organizations. She has served as the Past-President of the Women's Council of Realtors Metro South Chapter, State and Local Director of her board, Vice President of LSGC of Jack and Jill of America, Incorporated and served as a Board Member of Someone Cares of Atlanta, Inc. Toya is also a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated. Her passion to empower others to unlock their full potential and live a life of abundance has most recently led her to become a KWQL Instructor for KW Kids Can (KWKC) producing the next generation of leaders.

Barbara Dyer is an accomplished real estate professional who obtained her real estate license in 1997, a wise decision that has positively altered her trajectory. Currently, Barbara is a licensed and active member in good standing with the Metro South Board of REALTORS®, the Georgia Association of REALTORS®, the National Association of REALTORS®, and a Broker Associate.
Barbara is an accredited real estate Instructor, a Member of the Conventional Financing and Policy Committee with the National Association of REALTORS®, a Committee Member of the Forms Committee, a Chairperson for The Statewide Grievance Committee, and a State Director with the Georgia Association of REALTORS®. Barbara is The Metro South Association of Realtors®, 2021 Realtor of the Year, and 2021 Realtor of the Year Nominee for the Georgia Association of REALTORS®. Going into 2013 Barbara had many accolades but was inducted as President of the Metro South Association of REALTORS® Education Foundation.
In 2011, Barbara received a sweeping nomination for, and graciously accepted, the position of President for The Metro South Association of REALTORS® for the 2012 term. Notably, Barbara was the first African American woman to hold the position of President of The Metro South Association of REALTORS®.
Barbara is a dedicated real estate professional who has leveraged her connections and hard work to establish herself in the Atlanta market. With not only 25 years of real estate experience, she additionally has a background as a paralegal with a mediation certification. Her expertise has led her to be one of Atlanta's Top Realtors and a continuous producer of the Million Dollar Club. Additionally, her awards are accompanied by numerous designations such as At Home with Diversity (AHWD), Graduate Realtor Insititute (GRI), Military Relocation Professional (MRP), and Certified Residential Specialist (CRS). Communication is a priority between Barbara and all the parties she collaborates with, therefore, she utilizes her acquired skills to reduce conflict, establish resolutions and facilitate a meeting of the minds.

- Raynae Taylor -
After 25 years in management at several major corporations, Raynae decided to reinvent herself. Her love for learning and helping others to obtain their dreams lead her to Aiming High Inc., a transformational company, that empowers its clients with tools and distinctions to live a life of awareness to reach dreams and goals that they thought were impossible.
Raynae is also a Real Estate Broker and owner of Taylor Made Realty located in Atlanta, Georgia where she consults, coaches, and guides new Real Estate Consultants to become productive in their businesses. As a top producer, she became a member of the Million Dollar Club and was awarded the WI4C2TS award. Raynae’s love for learning and helping others propelled her to pursue without end ways to impart knowledge and she opened her Real Estate School, Cutting Edge Institute Worldwide in 2010. The Institute provides top-notch training empowering agents with knowledge of the industry and imparting valuable tools and techniques on how to succeed, as well as the importance of providing excellent customer service and building relationships with clients.

Raynae is a HUD-certified housing counselor and assists homeowners save their homes from foreclosure and has worked on initiates locating housing for displaced individuals and providing training for prospected home buyers.
