PRE-LICENSING COURSE
Any salesperson working for a broker may perform any real estate brokering act that calls for a real estate license in Georgia. To work in real estate brokerage, a salesperson must work with a company (A corporation, partnership or LLC, or sole proprietorship) that is officially licensed as a broker within Georgia.
SALESPERSON PRE-LICENSE COURSE
Designed as a comprehensive introductory course in real estate principles and is intended for Salesperson and Broker Prelicense students, and Intro to commercial. Total 75 Hours.

In order to get started, you must meet certain requirements, set forth by the Georgia Real Estate Commission. You must be:

At least 18 years of age

A high school graduate (or hold a GED)

Complete an approved, required 75-hour pre-license course (That’s what we offer here!)

Pass a state licensing exam

No previous Real Estate experience is needed to start.
